Core Module Covers

The majority of small scale Ground and Air heat pump systems currently installed within the British Isles. It will also cover information required to design, install, commission, service and fault find. It is not intended to cover every aspect of every possible scenario. It will also not cover areas that form part of the main pre-requisites.

N.B Exhaust Air systems, storage systems >400 litres, any ground works/excavations, DX systems and refrigerant handling are not covered by this assessment. Additionally specific expert advice must be sought on open loop type systems.
