This course is designed to provide a structured format of business management to comply with the requirements of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme.
The quality system is based on the standard ISO 9001 which provides the basis for an audit orientated reference and record bookkeeping method.
Based around a central index all the functions of a business can be followed and implemented.
The system provides a method of ensuring that quality, accountability and integrity are assured for both the business and the customer.
NICEIC provide the framework for this process which then requires the business to adapt to it.
Most businesses have these processes in place already but in a less formalised structure.
