Water (Regulations)
NICEIC Certification provides personnel certification for contractors working within the scope of the Water Regulations.
What is the Water Regulations qualification?
NICEIC Certification operates a Water Regulations certificate of competence, in accordance with the requirements of the Water Supply (Water Fitting) Regulations 1999 & Water Byelaws 2000 (Scotland).
The award is approved by WRAS (*subject to audit). The Water Regulations Certificate is recognised by Competent Person Schemes for both Plumbing and Heating Installations.
Why do I need to be qualified?
To install Plumbing Systems in accordance with Building Regulations Approved Document G, installers are required to hold a current Water Regulations certificate of competence. This will allow them to register with a Competent Person Scheme, such as the NICEIC Building Regulations Scheme.
What are the benefits of using NICEIC Certification?
Duration: 1 day including assessment.
Assessment:
NICEIC - Multiple choice / open book / WRAS guide.
Start time: 8:30am
Finish time: 4:30pm
Lunch: Sandwiches Provided Free of Charge
