High demand for used IT-hardware

High demand for used IT-hardware

Bjarne Aarup

A higher demand for used IT-hardware, created a great result.

The newspaper Nordjyske has published a nice article about us, in which our CEO Mr.

Bjarne Aarup, explains how both the interest in sustainability and the reuse of IT-hardware, has created the great result.

Some of the major factors is definitely the higher demands on microchips, global supply chain issues, and a much bigger focus on sustainability and reuse of IT-hardware.

Elements which have been a foundation in Kimbrer Computer, since the beginning.

Did you know? 95% of all purchased hardware, will be reused, and the last 5% will be recycled through our recycle programme. The reused hardware will then go into new build

systems, or will be sold as spare parts, to maintain enterprise systems, worldwide.

Great potential

“Global supply chain issues, has had a positive impact for us, since it has created a far bigger demand on used IT-hardware”, CEO Bjarne Aarup. And with the bigger focus on sustainability, we will see a higher demand for used IT-hardware, in the future.

Sustainability has always been an important part of our business, and therefore we have now published our first Sustainability report. In this you will know more about, how we work

with sustainability in our company. Please read our report, and see which steps we have

taken, to implement sustainability, in all aspects of our business.
