Send us an inquiry with a short description and a list of the equipment you want to sell. Please include product and/or serial numbers, condition, quantity, and purchase date. A product specialist will review your list and guide you through the next steps.
Offer
We send you a free, no-obligation offer within 1–2 business days. Your equipment is valued on current market value, condition, age, and model.
Transport
We arrange pickup and secure transport of your equipment to one of Renewtech’s warehouses. We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, TNT, and UPS.
Testing
When your equipment arrives, every unit is registered, sorted, and tested by a certified technician to verify its condition and functionality.
Data Erasure
All data is erased in line with applicable regulations, including the NIST 800-88r1 “Purge” standard. Every erasure is documented, and you receive a data erasure report when the process is complete.
Payment
You’re paid by bank transfer or, if you prefer, as store credit for future purchases from Renewtech. Your retired hardware turns back into budget for your IT.
