Renewtech continues the journey towards becoming Europe's leading supplier of recycled IT by acquiring Italian company SE.CO..
After the acquisition of the Dutch networking division last year, Renewtech in line with the strategy of getting closer to the customers via local presence throughout Europe has acquired the Italian company SE.CO Srl, to expand its presence in the Italian market.
SE.CO was founded more than 25 years ago and are today experts within trade of refurbished hardware as well as service and maintenance contracts sold through resellers across Italy whom the company has a longstanding relationship with.

The acquisition of SE.CO also comes as a natural part of customers' increased demand for certifications and reporting. More and more customers are demanding ISO certifications and CSR-D reporting on used hardware and as Renewtech is front runner, SE.CO and its many customers will benefit from the ambitious sustainability profile of Renewtech and the multiple ISO certifications that the Danish company has.
The former owner, Massimiliano Campese will continue as daily manager of the organization in Italy. As a part of this acquisition SE.CO will be rebranded to Renewtech to be able to support its customers the best way possible along with the team in Denmark and the Netherlands.

As a customer, the acquisition will not have any consequences. We will continue our existing collaborations, and the communication with our customers will proceed as before.
